The Parlour
$140.00

Some stories need more than words.

Not every conversation begins with words. Sometimes a map tells a story. Sometimes a photograph unlocks a memory.

Sometimes a handful of objects gathered on a table reveal patterns we had never noticed before.

The Parlour or front room, offers a quiet, welcoming space where conversation can unfold in many different ways. Alongside thoughtful dialogue, we may explore your story using maps, imagery, photographs, journalling, drawing, metaphor, objects, creative reflection and other reflective practices.

There are no art lessons, and no expectation to be creative.

Sometimes our hands discover what our words cannot yet express. Sometimes seeing our story from a different perspective helps us recognise patterns, uncover strengths, and imagine new possibilities.

Together we'll explore the questions that matter most, gently discovering where you are, what has shaped you, and where life may be inviting you next.

The focus is never on the process.

It is on making meaning.

Conversations by the Fire
$140.00

Some conversations ask us to slow down.

For centuries, people have gathered around a fire to tell stories, share wisdom, grieve, laugh and simply be together. There is something about the warmth of a fire that invites us to pause. To breathe. To reflect.

By the Fire offers a quiet space for conversations that need time, gentleness and deep listening. It is often the place people choose when navigating grief, loss, uncertainty, spiritual questions, family relationships or seasons that feel heavy.

There is no rush. No pressure to have the answers. Just a warm room, a comfortable chair, a cup of tea, and a conversation that unfolds at its own pace.

Sometimes all we need is a place where we feel safe enough to tell the truth.

In the Garden
$140.00

Some conversations remind us that growth cannot be hurried.

Seeds take time to germinate. Flowers bloom in their own season. Some plants need pruning before they flourish again. Our lives are often much the same.

The garden offers a relaxed, outdoor setting where conversation unfolds naturally. We might sit together on the verandah overlooking the garden, wander beneath the trees, or simply go for a walk..

Not everyone thinks best sitting in a chair. For some people, movement creates space. Walking, noticing the changing seasons, or simply being outdoors can help thoughts settle and conversations flow more naturally.

Whether you are navigating change, searching for direction, rebuilding after loss, recovering from burnout, or simply longing to reconnect with yourself, the garden offers room to breathe, reflect and begin again.

Sometimes the answers we seek don't arrive through effort.

Sometimes they emerge quietly through conversation, movement, fresh air, and the gentle rhythms of nature.

Conversations for Children & Teenagers
$140.00

Sometimes young people find it easier to express themselves through creativity, nature and conversation than by simply answering questions.

The Old Bank House offers a gentle, welcoming space where children and teenagers can explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences in ways that feel natural to them.

Together we might use drawing, storytelling, photographs, nature, objects, journalling, metaphor or simple creative activities to help make sense of life's challenges and discover new ways forward.

Every conversation is shaped around the individual, their age and what feels most comfortable for them.

Parents or caregivers are invited into the process where appropriate, always with the wellbeing of the young person at the centre.

Conversation
Approximately 60 minutes

By The River
$200.00

Some conversations are easier when we're moving.

Rivers remind us that life is never truly still. They wind around obstacles. They gather strength. They change with the seasons, yet always continue their journey. Sometimes we need that reminder too.

By the River offers the opportunity to meet in a different kind of space. We might sit together on the back deck of the houseboat overlooking the marina in Moama, watching the water's quiet movement, or we can arrange a gentle walk along the river.

Not everyone finds it easy to sit face-to-face. Some people think more clearly while walking. Others find that being near water offers a unique sense of grounding and perspective. The gentle movement of the river, the changing light, and the quiet rhythm of nature invite us to slow down, breathe more deeply, and simply be present.

Whether you are navigating a life transition, processing grief, exploring spiritual questions, recovering from coercive control, or simply needing space to think, the river offers room to breathe and let the conversation unfold naturally.

There is no destination to reach. Just a conversation, the rhythm of the water, and the freedom to move at your own pace. Please Note. This booking will have limited availability and take a little more organising. In Wattandyte we walk by the Yarra, in Moama/Echuca we meet by the Murray River

My Philosophy

I believe every life tells a story.

I believe that our stories deserve to be heard with dignity, curiosity and compassion. I believe that some of life's greatest growth happens during seasons of transition. The moments when we find ourselves standing between what has been and what is yet to become.

I don't believe people need fixing. I believe they need space. Space to pause. Space to reflect.Space to ask difficult questions. Space to rediscover their own wisdom.

My role is not to tell you what your story means. My role is to accompany you as you make sense of it for yourself.

I believe conversation has the power to change us. Not because someone gives us the answers, but because being deeply heard often helps us hear ourselves more clearly.

I believe creativity, nature, ritual and reflection can open doors that words alone sometimes cannot. Sometimes a walk beside the river reveals more than sitting across a desk. I believe spiritual questions are part of being human.

Whether your story includes faith, doubt, curiosity or no spiritual framework at all, you are welcome here.

Above all, I believe no one should have to navigate life's significant transitions alone.
